At the Server tab is "Auth." set to "User specific" for all services?

You're obviously sending a Mailer message like

to care for an update at SetNym|Send, or message output from ModNym or
the Mailer will fail!

So you have to recreate your OM user database, as without any registered
user there's no client connection, whether from external client software
or internally from the ModNym section used to send nym configuration
messages or the Mailer.

If you know how to use a text editor like Notepad close OM and then open
the OmniMix.ini file from OM's main folder. There you have to search for
a section named [User], which in your case I expect to be empty, means
not populated with any text lines immediately below. There, below the
[User] header insert the two lines

omnimix=OmniMix|IJfXX9luvpvrbTYc5m8lwg&#61;&#61;|x|x|x|||
nym=Nym|IJfXX9luvpvrbTYc5m8lwg&#61;&#61;||x||||

save the result, and after restarting OM there have to be those two
accounts at the "User" tab.

Or, within OM at the "User" tab click the "+" button,
enter Account OmniMix, Password omnimix, NNTP, SMTP and POP3 checked
and click "Accept", then once again click the "+" button,
enter Account Nym, Password omnimix, only SMTP checked
and click "Accept". Finally click "Start" to restart OM's servers with
the modified parameter set.

Thanks to all. I tried what was replied to me. I got it working by
uninstalling the software. But in my C program files (x86)
a folder called omnimix was left behind. Manually deleted it,
restarted Windows
then re-installed software. So far so good.
