I recommend to be behind a server with certificate pinning or some other security system. When you install i2pd and openjdk (guix package -i i2pd openjdk) it is likely your boot partition might be attacked.

Guix OS is available on MuWire. It is heavily under attack curently. You can search for Guix from guix or the nightly download ( search for .iso and sqkca43... ). The MuWire router is heavily obfuscated so it will be a slow download. I

It isn't about runplain.sh. I can tell you that. "2022/01/05 12:39:06 CRIT [...date Runner] ...oleUpdateManager: I2P+ update downloaded - will be installed at next restart" Did you restart (shutdown-then-start) after downloading "this" u

(if you are using your package manager's i2p then this may not work) I2P can update itself without the wrapper at all. Wrapper just makes it auto-restartable. 1. Get an i2pupdate.zip file Here's the 3 major ones: Vanilla: http://i2p

Attack on the wrapper. I have switched to ./runplain.sh from 10% of the routers to 50% of my routers because they perform by 3-5X better. The only problem is auto-updating which does not work in all java distributions.

Working for me too. Sometimes nothing works then sometimes everything works so I assume it's my router. Right now working fine let's see next week.

Was anybody able to UPDATE under ./runplain.sh without using the wrapper ever. All java distributions comments welcome.

The i2pd router is OK but some other services got hacked by Epic Game users (Epic as in the company's name is Epic). The hack was traced to Italy as in Bad Macaroni. Read Arch Linux wiki about ipv6 how to block this type of hack. ZZZ.i2p

If SAM is disabled, it shouldn't attempt to start. Any application that requires SAM should complain about SAM not being available. Some things to check: * Is the SAM application bridge disabled on http://127.0.0.1:7657/configclients ? *

Somebody is trying to disable i2p+ routers or pawn them. Mine are medium security routers. I know how they get in (driver which will get fixed in January) and I see from the last postings a lot of people have things changed. I know tha

That's odd. Sounds like the auto-update feature pulled the official i2p instead of i2pPlus? I think I read that the update is the same and you can update to i2pPlus that way. I guess it can work both ways. Question is why might that happ

It appears that some of my headless i2pPlus got switched to "official" i2p. One was even "pawned" for a while. Is this personal? If nobody experienced the same thing, I guess is time for some payback.
