What was up with Soda's unedited profanity just prior to the rock pull? How
could something
that audible have made it past the SEG editors without being cut?

I did a double take when I heard that and then assumed I heard wrong.
It's very strange that I've yet to see one mention of this on X or
anywhere else for that matter.

That was my reaction too. Of course I am quite aware that some players
swear in the heat of the action, and that the editors deal with it by muting
the audio and concealing the mouth. So, like you, when I heard somebody
cussing loud and clear, I thought I’d misheard. But after repeated
viewings,
it was definitely Soda and there was no doubt as to what she said. If Probst
Is still doing the podcast between episodes, I sure hope somebody asks him
about this.

I've been skimming recap articles, looking at other sites, etc. and no
one has mentioned this other than you? So weird! I'm tempted to do some
digging on the FTC website to see if anyone filed a complaint.

I downloaded a complaints source file from the FTC and I see no
Indecency complaints filed for broadcast TV since 4/2/2024. Maybe no one
cares about such things anymore which would be good.

After watching that part of the episode again, and noticing that Kenzie said
something that was censored in the usual manner, I think I may have an
explanation. Soda said something that sounds like “so fucking c...” But,
as she was speaking, she bowed her head and put her hands over face
in such a way that her entire sentence could not be heard. I can only assume
that she said something else entirely. But it sure sounded, and still does
sound, like “fucking” as far as I’m concerned. But given that
Kenzie’s
comment was censored, there is no way that the editors would let a second
profanity just slide on by. So that’s my story and, at least for now, I’m
sticking to it. :-)

I might have to watch again to see if I hear what I thought I did on
