Mr Parrikar writes on his Kafi page that it has both dhaivats .

The only audio I found where this happens is by U Abdul Karim Khan .

The other audios under Sindhu Kafi ( mostly the same as Sindhura Kafi ) , Sindhi Kafi and Sindh Kafi don´t have any komal dha .
Most of these versions have dvi-ga , even with some parts implying Bihagada or Maand ( or similar , Bilawal th ).
