I haven't pasid that much attention to it as yet since its basically only on paper here yet.

I can see why the powers that be in world football would like it but like most of these ideas (like VAR for example) whilst undeniably having some good points they also slowwwwwwwwwwww the game down way too much

this blue card will not be used in the English Premier League next
season, but may be used in F.A. Cup matches (a major knockout
competition entirely separate from weekly soccer/football League
matches)

Okay, I figured one meant intentional, but I don't get how the word cynical = intentional. In high school and college basketball they have an intentional foul which is two foul shots PLUS you keep the ball. The NBA does not have that.

I like the blue card thing. It's like a penalty in hockey where the guilty party has to go to the penalty box and his team has to play short a man until the penalty is over. In fact, they should send a player off for 5 minutes for a yellow card and 10 minutes for a blue card.
