musicians like from a particular era ? And that you feel the need to
shit all over another era's music.

you deep-down realise a lot of what you idolise is trite shite, or what ?

Not suggesting that a lot of music pre-1930s and post-1985 isn't trite
shite either,, but broad generalisations - no, not generalisations but
specifics, are irrational and stupid and you do yourself (and the music
you claim to love) a disservice.

The Beatles are my second favorite artist, but as I said, I much prefer their earlier records to their later drug shit that led to a lot of the even later garbage that you like best.

And I liked what I like long before I knew that guys like Keith Richards liked similar stuff. I was only born in 1957, I did not even pay attention to music until like the fall of 1968. Was unaware of the Beatles and Stones until at least 1967 when I turned 10. Was into other things before that, like baseball.
