What makes Raag Kapar Gauri? Is it a jod raag of some sort? One rendition I listened seemed to have flavours of Bhatiyar.

Also, what is the meaning of the following bandish:
Akbar Daura Darabaara
Aur parabat (paravat?) dhariye eka ora |

Eka hee meM leeno kashmeera
Aura gujaraata damana kiyo eka Thaura

It is a bandish in Raag Kaapar Gauri.
