There was an episode of Rugrats where the babies were watching the Prevue Channel because Grandpa Lou had that on when he fell asleep. Tommy asked Angelica what a “Peevue Channel” was. She answered “it forces mommy and daddy to spend their money on dumb shit like paper movies instead of stuff you need like clothes and food!”
