200 CDs started streaming yesterday, and more groups will continue to be released throughout the year. Just search their major performers, Hamelin, Hough, Hewitt, Herrick, (lots of Hs, come to think of it) and Osborne. They are available on Spotify and about 3 other streaming services.

Thank you for this info. Many Hyperion's are also available for streaming from prestomusic, whose streaming service I've been enjoying recently via a free one month trial. I've been very pleased with the service, quality and value, and plan to keep the subscription (over 200,000 albums are included, classical and lots of great jazz. I can stream via the Presto app on my iPhone to my home systems via Airplay and also in my car, which is very convenient. I never thought I'd embrace streaming for classical music, being a longtime physical media collector, but I am coming around with this quality offering. I have no current plans to abandon physical media!
I'm interested to hear about other's experience with prestomusic streaming.

It seems to be a completely new service, not an expansion of the
prior "library" service that they were offering for recordings one
had purchased -- & more robust than that had been. But I've only
tried it so far in the same context, i.e. an album I'd purchased
and was waiting to receive....

I'll probably be signing up for their free trial on the new service
at some point, but not until there's something specific I want to
hear....

I purchased many Hyperions in the past but in the last 10 years slowed down.. It’s been a pleasure to be able to hear many of the ones I’ve missed over the last decade. A few things I’ve noticed is that Hyperion’s engineering has improved vastly. It’s really a pleasure to listen to some of the Choral records. Also, in the collection is an excellent recording of songs by Charles Ives. Perhaps the greatest surprise for me was how much Stephen Hough has grown in depth and originality since the old days. His Chopin Waltzes are unlike any interpretations I’ve heard. Also his recording of Grieg Lyric pieces are top-notch - up there with Gilels.

Hyperion will be adding more, I think every month until they stream all 2,000 recordings by Spring 2024. I have a feeling I’ll be immersed in Hyperions for the next year.

There's an announcement about this on the Hyperion site, including
a list of albums available so far.

Actually it's Universal Music who acquired Hyperion this Spring.
