Generally he is wrong about many things - such as in the video I posted - but he also provides valuable insights and interesting ideas, and one thing he says in the interview is very important to understand in general - I think - the thing about capitalism and reproduction and what role we play in it; and he illustrates this very nicely with the example of capitalism being a virus and us being the medium to make it reproduce itself; and I also think he is right about the leftists being wrong in portraying some antiquated cultures (of africa or the middle east or such places) as a meaningful force against capitalism or sth... for now it seems - as he says himself in the video I posted - that capitalism is the way to go globally; Imo people just don't have reached the consciousness yet to overcome capitalism... Horkheimer suggests that maybe when capitalism (which Marx correctly sees as a random product of humans - as in that capitalism was not determined to happen) satisfies most material needs of humans, then maybe they will reach that consciousness...

Problem with people these days is, and generally noone really understands what capitalism is, but that they think they know what it is, or just don't think about it at all... that's the problem, also especially with the leftists, who are fucking idiots these days.
