Neither Ocean nor Swarganga include it in their databases ...

Abhijit Shenoy´s version uses Chhayanat as base . The other versions might only use Nat ...? This could be examined with more detailed listening ..

From his vid :

" A mishra - melotpan raag born out of Bilawal and Kafi thaats. Shades of 2 Raags - Chayanat and Brindavani Sarang. Derived by adding the Shudh Gandhar in the aaroh of Brindavani Sarang, thus incorporating the Nat ang.

[N.] s R, G, m, m p, N S ;
S n p, m R, N. s / S n p, p [m] R G m p, m, R N. s

Madhyalay Roopak - Rādhe aayi ghatā ghana - composed by Pt Jaisukhlaal "Vinay" Shah

Drut Tarana (Trivat) Jhaptaal - composed under my pen-name "Abhirang" "

He uses the phrases SRGPm and SRGmPm which remind me of a ma-centric Bilawal prakar .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLNF_6mBNio - Ustad Aslam Khan
He uses the phrase RRGGm S

I couldn´t hear any such ma-centric phrases in Vijay Bakshi´s version .

Furthermore , I couldn´t detect any instance of SR RG Gm in any of the versions at quick listening ( It might be there though , hidden ) .
Anyway , I have decided to use this typical Nat phrase in my own composition
