It´s like Tilang without shu. Ni .

There is a case to be made for a raag that would embody Smriti + Re , still belonging to Tilang-ang :
SRGMP n ( ar / avr should be modeled accordingly )

However by looking at Ocean the 3 scale-congruent ragas do not hint at Tilang ; furthermore they are very rare and don´t have any audio .

Unfortunately there isn´t any free carnatic raag finder , but anyway I could find a scale-congruent item :
Andhali - SRmpnS´/ S´nPmRGmRS

Sounds more like Desh / Sorath- or Malhar-angas .
