Todd, why haven’t you bought this book? (It’s just been dispatched on sale and return to me from Amazon - Castenet’s book on Hugues Dufourt is worth having - a reference book really because it contains the Dufourt’s commentaries on the music. )

Actually, maybe it’s because you can’t read French - sorry!

I might, but I have been with this music for a long time, and am
not necessarily interested in what someone else thinks about it --
absent a dialog anyway. But also, things like this can be a little
triggering for me, if I'm to be honest, since I was the main person
discussing Scelsi for a long time.... But hey, things change.

Looks promising. Scholarly but not musical analysis. Comprehensive. Well indexed. Glad to have the chance to browse it - may well keep it.
