Dan, I found our old thread from 2021 where I mentioned liking Gluzman, you said you weren't impressed, then you listened again and it was better than you recalled. Weirdly, though, all of your messages had been deleted, and all I could see of your comments were what I quoted of you. If your posts have been wiped, then things are really looking bad for the frozen RMCR Google archive.

BTW, I still can't bring myself to care enough about the concerto to think I have a real favorite. I'll check out anbody's recs. We all know Gitlis's pedigree, and he's on my shelf, so there needs to be another offering.

Many news providers purge older messages. Their criteria and cut-off dates
vary, making different readers see different sets of messages. I have never
manually deleted any messages I had posted.

Nope, I never delete my posts. How long usenet posts are
visible depends on one's news providers, as most do not
keep messages forever, or delete messages by various
criteria, e.g. political correctness and what not.

The various header fields in a news post are
set by the news client software. Most news
providers do not expose all the headers to
the users. I hope this clarifies the matter.
