The "Big fishes" they really make - conspirations - in its full sense or action.

And the minor fishes can only ease this form of urge or drive with racism, bad attitude and even occasional murders.

The Big guys will not be caught with such “minor” conspirations- urges.

The, here so called, conspiracy drive, caused by the ally/foe self instinct, probably have made an most severe impact or intrusion at the Western World's surveillance and spy organizations. As well as in the military who want to keep up to date mind knowledge for themselves.

The problem here is really that the combination of neck lobe loss and the ally/foe self drive disposition is very common among these governmental authorities mentioned. -And that they all are acting to sustain at these power positions, in spite of their own missing neck lobes and changed I/me drives..

I.e. they almost all hold a non-participation status (missing neck lobes) and an inverted self drive (ally/foe self drive).

The effect on the Western World’s surveillance/military is that they, almost all, can metaphorically be described as being assembled into national/ international leper colonies. -Protecting their own mental dispositions.

And, of course, the Russian and Chinese ditto makes the same. -Though this is more “known” when these authorities are rightfully stigmatized in the West as being undemocratic.
