I highly doubt that Bumper won't eventually get a figure in mainline, it would make sense given the other obscure characters we've gotten in recent waves
(Antagony, Detritus, etc) so it isn't really a stretch.

If we did get a new Bumper he would probably use the Earthrise Cliffjumper mold (Which i'm surprised hasn't degraded to my knowledge considering how much they've used it) with some retooling.

I wouldn't be surprised if they never made Bumper though since he's maybe one of the most obscure and rare things in Transformers fiction (Though he did show up in Dreamwave and IDW)

I'd think a character like him would be a shoo-in for Generations Selects.

The Buzzworthy Bumblebee that came with the little Spike Exo-Suit is
basically the Bumper mold (down to details on the back) but with a Bumblebee
head. I'm surprised they have yet to release a Bumper-head version.

Dave Van Domelen, has several extras from Ross and might do a head
resculpt at some point.

The first of the Buzzworthy Bumblebee toys (the one that came with Exo-Suit Spike) was clearly designed to look like Bumper, but they must have caved at the last minute and given him Bumblebee's head instead. I'm kind of surprised they didn't make it Bumper packaged with Core-class Optimus Prime this time, just to mix things up.

Once it gets to the point where he's the only Mini Autobot in existence that they haven't done for neo-G1, I'm sure the fans will make some noise and it will happen. They probably didn't want to release him too close to Generations Selects Hubcap, but since that was a few years ago now, I wouldn't be surprised if we got one in the next few years.

Zob (my daughter and I have been watching season one of the 1980's TMNT cartoon and I have never been more proud of her for actually liking it)
