Voted for Fortress Maximus in the vain hope that we get a re-release or do-over. Love that they're paying attention to an underrated and overlooked part of the franchise. Hopefully this puts RID2001 back in the spotlight.

Now I feel bad for voting other and putting 'have not watched' in the text box! But you have to vote for both categories or neither, and I wanted to vote for Devcon in the toy section to show support for toys of one-episode characters.

No, it makes sense. I don't think people always realize when it comes to these fan votes that we're basically saying, "Hey, make this toy next, please.." I mean, Hasbro is a toy company. Why else would they hold these polls?

So, I liked your idea and I voted for Fortress Maximus as well. Maybe they can give us both a RiD version and a new G1 version that's not all Metroplexy.

It is absolutely the funniest Transformers series, hands down, and also the last one I thoroughly enjoyed and watched in its entirety. There's something about the media experience in the shows that followed that was significantly lacking. Obviously I don't need to be perpetually spoon-fed new content on the regular, but I think Hasbro greatly underestimates how a good, memorable show with iconic characters drives the consumer urge to own toys of those characters. We're at a point where they're controlling decades-old properties and they're still churning out versions of characters introduced in 1984. That's not an accident. It shocks me that they haven't figured this out fully.

Zob (on the other hand, I just got MOTU Sssqueeze, a non-media character I have no love for whatsoever, so I'm a bit of a hypocrite)
