So I saw the Nonnef Sludge neck upgrade a few weeks ago, and it's very long and doesn't look like sludge.

But now there is a "paddles" kit, turning legs to flippers, turning Sludge into a Plesiosaur which i now a completely different toy

I'm just hoping that they aren't overextending themselves. Looking forward to the Paddles kit, though - I bought a Studio Series Sludge in anticipation of it.

It's an interesting idea, but I don't think the kit is necessary to improve or complete Sludge. He seems fine. (I do have the other upgrade kit that includes the alternate robot feet and some other stuff, and I do recommend it.)

The TF wiki doesn't say anywhere what kind of dinosaur Paddles transforms into. You'd think that would be worth a mention.

Anyway, it was one thing when they were offering kits to turn Studio Series Wreck-Gar into a different Junkion character. That's a cool idea and allows you to populate your collection with more on-screen characters. I'm not sure I see the appeal of Paddles, personally, but far be it from me to spoil anybody's fun.
