Boxed samples of the early Legacy: United toys were showcased recently at the Comic-Con in London, UK:

Toys that made an appearance include the G2 Laser Prime package refresh, Thundertron, Beast Wars Tigerhawk, Voyager Animated Optimus, Windblade, Animated Bumblebee, Rescue Bots Chase, Armorizer Magneous, Tasmania Kid, and possibly others. Photography in the link above did not clearly focus on every toy on display.

The fact that packaged samples exist suggest that these toys are almost ready to ship and hit retailers and e-tailers very soon. I'm especially excited about Tigerhawk (and not much else, to be honest).

It's a little saddening that the heavy focus on G1 has not only subsided, but has diminished to almost nothing. I'm still excited at the prospect of getting a new Gears and Sureshot next year, but it certainly isn't the Geewuntastic embarrassment of riches that it's been in previous years. Well, if Hasbro doesn't want my money...
