Mark Bright, Comic Book artist for the original Marvel Comics, passed away on March 27th.

He was responsible for the Cover art of Issue 7 and Issue 8, the Interior art for IDW's "Spotlight: Nightbeat"

And most importantly, the Iconic "Are All Dead" cover of Issue 5.

He shall be missed.

Thanks for sharing this. Sad to see yet another creator of elements of the original mythos pass.

(The "Are All Dead" comic remains iconic, to be sure, and also one of the most-often parodied and homaged pieces of TF art to this day, which I appreciate - I love it, too).

Just posted another response here, and it seems to have been eaten - in any case, very sorry to hear this. That "Are All Dead" comic is, indeed, legendary, and remains frequently homaged to this day.
