from Jesse Dollemore on YouTube.

Apparently, when a police cruiser accidentally bumps into a pedestrian, to
avoid embarassment and possible lawsuits, they just bury him secretly
in an unmarked grave behind the jail...

I really, really hope someone goes to jail over this. My prediction when
all the autopsies are complete, 80%+ will be black.
