dumb everyone down to their level.

Won't work because most blacks are born dumb and get even dumber as they
grow whereas most whites are born intelligent and inquisitive and get
smarter every day.

After hiring Math. Ed. "professors" who claim that math is
"White" and "racist", and that teaching it to minorities is
