"Water equity"

Here is a glaring clue, when a dem wingnut speaks about "equity", it
only means one thing - And its not "equal" as its actual meaning
implies, that would be far too obvious and sensical.

"Water equity" hmmm, on an island surrounded by nothing but water it
took hours to get permission to use water to fight the fire, and by that
