Going to have to call obvious bullshit on this one, no Ukraine has not
developed its own super missile all by itself, like everything else, it
was gifted from the USA.
Could they have modified an existing gifted missile and gave it new,
better capabilities ? Possible but, again, only with US help.
JOOS also have a track record of thumping their chests about all the
cool military stuff they have developed, all financed and subsidized by
US taxpayers.

Most likely US/NATO war mongers are steering them down this path so that
Ukraine has the capability to hit targets in Russia, then denying that
they supplied the weapons.
