Brussels on Saturday 8th July 2023

Hot and sunny until early afternoon. Thunderstorm moved north over the eastern side of Brussels mid-afternoon. Cloud and constant subdued thunder from the south around 14.30 local time. Single lightning flash and louder rumbles of thunder at 14.50. Fairly heavy rain 14.55 to 15.15.

Storm then movrd away and the cloud cleared, with warm sunshine again into the evening.

Light and variable wind, fresher and gusty as the storm approached.

Brussels Uccle 32.1°C – overnight minimum 16.2°C
Brussels Airport 32.6°C – overnight minimum 14.4°C - 3 mm rain
