RMK: Low and medium cloud has all dispersed leaving
largely sunny skies, though cirrus is now increasing from WNW.
With 176.5 mm of rain in the first 25 days of the month it's
already the wettest July here in my record going back to 1991.
The previous wettest was 170.3 for the whole of July in 2013.
It looks like we may get close to 200 mm for the whole of this
month.
