While guys who weren't even in the city on Jan 6 were hauled into a
kangaroo court and given decades in jail, this guy has not even been so
much as questioned ,, Until now.
They pathetically charge him with a light misdemeanor just to take the
heat off deep state for ignoring him.

Obvious from day 1 he was a paid plant, a cheap Bolshevik provocateur
assigned to whip up the division and disorder that leftists crave. Hell
even at the time, there were people shouting "fed !" at him, but that
didn't stop him from his mission of trying to get Trump supporters to
storm the capital gates.

He lamely files a lawsuit against fox for defamation, I have the feeling
that his fbi handlers are going to tell him to drop it. then hopefully
he will be counter sued.

I am not convinced at all about him being the biggest instigator, that appears to simply be propaganda priming, but the former Oath Keeper, former marine, Trump supporter, was one of those who were trying to stir shit up on Capitol Hill.

I don't know why Tucker Carlson, Fox News, QAnon and other rightwing nutjobs decided he was the one they'd accuse of being an agent provocateur, would make the far-right's scapegoat, pretending that if it wasn't for Epps nothing would have happened that day.

It must feel pretty bizarre getting death threats from rightwing terrorists blaming you for what they chose to do.

There's plenty of evidence that Epps was instigating trouble, encouraging people to head to Capitol Hill, was there when police were being assaulted, police barriers were being overturned, but I couldn't find any evidence that he was at any time carrying a bullhorn or encouraging people to march on the White House and storm it.

That looks to be completely made up shit but maybe there is some footage which proves it.

I doubt it and suspect the limited charges against him reflect that he was rather careful to keep himself out of actual trouble while instigating it.
