RMK Wind estimated Overcast after 15z yesterday with continuous
slight/mod rain, ocnl heavy, up to midnight, and a brief violent burst
(54 mm/hr) at 0155z, then mainly overcast with ocnl slight dz. The
sun broke through at ob time, and there were glimpses of
medium/high cloud, with no break in the slight dz.
