It's that kind of Ukrainian fascism, their attempts to ethnic cleanse, which handed Russia their right to intervene in the east under international law.

Biden's and NATO's support of that fascism is what led to Russia stepping over Ukrainian borders. It is why Putin accuses Ukraine of being a fascist state run by Nazis.

And, as much as the west pretends he is, Putin isn't wrong.

It's the kind of fascism which lost Ukraine the support of the African Union and others, has caused China not to support them.

It's the fascism which has long been recognised by Tucker Carlson and many on America's right. Fascism which is having many pivot away from Ukraine as they come to understand exactly what they are supporting.

The EU can dictate that member states must support Ukrainian fascism but Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia and others are entitled to choose not to, and have good reason to not do so.
