Mainly overcast, although there was a burst of bright
sunshine at 0900Z, at the same instant it was raining
with fog patches. There followed a period of moderate
rain and drizzle 1045-1200Z. Further drizzle petered
out by 1300Z. Fog or fog patches temporariy retreated
into the southern quadrant around 1400Z, only to fill
back in. Visibility very poor, occasionally poor but
temporarily moderate to good inland around 1400Z.
Wind WSW'ly F3, backing SW'ly F2.
RH 96%. Max temp so far today 18.2
