And a huge 0.25C warmer than the previous record (last year, +0.93C).

And this developing El Niño warmth will probably not yet have started to make its mark on global temperatures. Very unusual (no, completely unprecedented, since records began) at this stage in the ENSO cycle, for it to be so warm.

NOAA agrees. July was the warmest July on record, by a long way.

'The July global surface temperature was 1.12°C (2.02°F) above the 20th-century average of 15.8°C (60.4°F), making it the warmest July on record.'

If things go on at this rate, soon it will be as warm as the average
interglacial of the last half-million years.

See e.g. Vostok ice-core results.

Yes. Every climate scientist knows that and every one knows we are now in a very different situation.

Most deniers now rely on underwater volcanoes as their main method of denial. Keep up.

Well, that’s true. During the previous interglacials there weren’t any
people about to throw $trillions at the non-problem.

Deniers must deny. It's their function in life. Science has moved on and anthropogenic global warming is now accepted as a fact.

As for deniers like you and your completely desperate attempts to still deny that...

To get the sort of temperature swings that occur when an ice age ends, the
atmosphere would need to be 50% CO2 (from IPCC equations linking deltaT to
delta CO2).
