RMK Wind estimated. Cu hum. Dry since 15z yesterday, fairly
cloudy at first but beoming mainly clear during the evening, then
variable cloud (St) overnight. Variable amounts of stratus and
sunny intervals since 06z, the base quickly rising as convection developed.
