Overcast morning with fairly steady light rain. Dry and gradually brighter soon after midday, and broken cloud with sunshine from mid-afternoon onwards. Shower recently this evening just after 22.00 local time. Cool, especially this morning in the rain. Light to moderate SW wind veered W in the early afternoon.
