misty until 1000Z. Partly cloudy until 1200Z and unbroken
sunshine since then. Currently, there are small amounts of
Cu fra locally with larger Cu tops N-NE. Extensive Ci and
a trace of Cc to SE. Partial halo. Visibility poor or very
poor earlier this morning, followed by a rapid improvement
to excellent. Wind WSW'ly F4. Sea state slight.
