RMK: Extensive high cloud and patchy middle cloud all day.
The cloud, together with the extensive dust in suspension,
has greatly limited the sunshine. Only 3.5 hours recorded.
A hot and humid day with the dew-point 20C or higher
since about 1130z. Max temp 28.7C at 1355z.This is certainly
not the old normal but it may well be the new normal.
