Last night: Although lightning was seen in every quadrant,
all of the thunderstorms passed well clear of us and there
was barely any rain (0.2mm). Lightning was very frequent,
except in the southwest quadrant, often lighting up the
entire cloud but thunder was only just audible, ceasing
by 2300Z. Constant flickering continued thereafter to the
north.

Today: Cloudy start with moderate rain then slight showers.
Sunny since 1200Z with Cu med around, mainly to the north.
Visibility moderate, improving to very good.
Wind W'ly F6, increasing F7 for a time. Sea state rough.
RH 73%. Max temp so far today 18.8
