Brussels on Thursday 21st September 2023

Overcast all day. Intermittent light rain during the morning, and steady moderate rain from around 13.00 local time. Heavy rain after 15.00, with 13..5 mm at Uccle in the hour ending 16.00. Rain stopped around 17.00, and it has been dry through the evening. Warm overnight - over 19°C at Uccle throughout the night - but the temperature fell with the onset of the rain, and it was rather cool during the daytime. Wind rather variable between E and S, moderate until early afternoon, then light. Wind temporarily WNW in the early afternoon, and veering SW during the evening.
