RMK Wind estimated. Overcast after 15z yesterday with ocnl
very slight rain up to 1845z, just enough to register in the gauge.
Dry overnight but remaining mainly overcast. Overcast since 06z.
but cloud is difficult to define due to a thick elevated haze layer,
showing at 2.1 km on the Reading Uni and Chilbolton lidars.
Sun weakly visible at times.
