Overcast and misty until 1300Z, then mostly sunny when
the low St quickly shifted but it's clouding over with
lines of Ac cas at several levels. Muddled with As, Cc
and Ci, I've elected to call it a chaotic sky. Stratus
is moving from east while the medium level cloud moves
from the southwest. Virga seen to the west. Parhelion.
Visibility poor, improving to good.
Wind SE'ly F1-2, backing E'ly F4. Sea state slight.
RH 86%. Max temp so far today 20.8
