RMK COTRA Cc len Irisation. Fine and sunny since 09z though with
generally large amounts of high cloud. Chilbolton lidar indicates that
some of the cirus may be as high as FL400. There has been some
good halo phenomena during the morning, with an almost complete
22 deg coloured halo for a time..
