Needing to do a similar job, I looked on the above site, and more
generally. I eventually decided to go with

As I could collect locally, with no shipping cost, three of these
gave me the most lumens per pound.

They are very lightweight, and the mounting clips are a little
primitive. The fixed lead is not the most elegant, but for
surface mounting in a garage works fine.

Compared with the aged fluorescent, the results are literally
dazzling.
