I just drive round in decreasing circles. I begin by doing the
perimeter, then step one width in, with each rotation, finally picking
up any bits I have missed. I cannot get the tractor onto it yet, it's
far too wet - not even solid enough to walk on - very late drying out
this year.

We have a similar patch here, just alongside the fake wishing well. The
wishing well was built, to hide a massive tree stump.

That's essentially what I do, although in future I'm going to be stricter with
myself about doing the periphery, bits along next to walls, and a couple of
holes where sodding bodgers have dug up bees nests (I need to fill those in,
too).
