with slight drizzle 1255-1300Z. It's now overcast, although
there is a thin bright line on the water away to the south.
Precipitation (probably drizzle) observed to the northwest.
Visibility very good, reducing to good, bordering moderate.
Wind WSW'ly, backing SW'ly F4. Sea state moderate.
