debris, including live ammunition on U.S. 98 in Sebring, Florida, on Tuesday
Ham reportedly covered his girlfriend Lakenya Phillip's young son
with a blanket and pushed him in the fire; the boy miraculously escaped
with no injuries
When Ham would not comply to the deputies ordered he was tasered
first, but when that did not yield results, he was shot with a firearm
