It's the perfect strategy; starve them to death then shoot them for trying to save themselves from being starved to death when they get their first sniff of food in weeks.

As far as the IDF are concerened, they are all sub-human garbage who deserve to die, so what does it matter ?

Hamas killed them. Even if Israelis pulled the trigger, chose to execute those starving civilians.
