He's an 8th Century hero to White Supremacists, racists and fascists, even though his encounters with Arabs and Muslims are said by some historians to be over-stated, over-rated, not as significant as the far-right imagines.

Of course it's not "as usual", not just Muslims who go on stabbing sprees, as Australians have recently discovered.

It's just more 'whitey isn't to blame for anything' propaganda.
