Not least because there were plenty of Jews participating in the demonstration.

He has taken the stance, as he has expressed previously, that pro-Palestinian demonstrations are anti-Semitic and therefore illegal and that the police allowing such marches is, as he puts it, "a betrayal of the police's duty, not just to the Jewish public, but to the British public at large".

Except it isn't and he's wrong on all counts.

So we are getting closer to the truth, that he's a professional agitator who turns up to "force the police" to do what he wants them to do, not what they should be doing, were doing.

The bottom line is he wasn't threatened with arrest for being Jewish, he was threatened with arrest for being deliberately antagonistic in attempting to provoke a breach of the peace.

Like any other fascist he is simply trying to get legitimate protest cancelled, have protestors silenced, and is playing the weaponised anti-Semitism card to that end.

He is the one trying to make the country a no-go area, for anyone who isn't unconditionally pro-Israel.

It's things like that which is causing a rise in genuine anti-Semitism.

Others disagree that such chants were anti-Semitic, and that it's the same with recent protests. From his current complaint it seems "scum" and "Nazi" are what he considers anti-Semitic and he's completely pissed that the police disagree.

It's not unlike neo-Nazis complaining when the police don't let them confront anti-Nazi protestors, criticising the police for taking away their freedom to disturb the peace, to disrupt other people's right of protest.
