OK - for the sake of future searchers. Had to:

1. ‘Forget device’ for “Harmony Keyboard” in the Apple TV’s
bluetooth settings
2. Unpair the Harmony Keyboard in the Harmony app
3, Reboot the hub
4. Pair the device “Harmony Keyboard” on the Apple TV
5. Finish pairing in the app (just an ‘ok’ stage)
6. Power off the “Watch Apple TV” activity on the Harmony
7. Power on the “Watch Apple TV” activity on the Harmony

Only then did the controls come back.

What a p.I.t.a. but at least it’s working again. iOS 15.7.8, iPadOS
15.7.8, macOS Monterey 12.6.8, and macOS Big Sur 11.7.9 also released.
