I'd been thinking, over the last few days, that they'd been dropping

My money is on an allergy to cats. That Azra Malik will diagnose it in
between telling Harry that he’s got something narsty in his woodshed.

Yes, that's my assumption too. They're clearly trying to make us worry
about his heart but I think Hilda is far more likely to be the culprit.
