Whilst the I can't find the Ofcom original for this and the Yahoo page
fades out before it is complete, as I haven't signed my life away to
their news service. Ofcom do have a recent page on the general issue:

No surprise, at the time of digital TV switchover there were lots of
reports of people being told they had to get SKY to be able to continue
to watch TV.

Lots of dodgy people in those type of companies.

Yes, but BT are the same most of the time. I think its a failure to actually
understand the ramifications of a course of action. There is no easy
solution either.
